Abstracts of paper presentations and workshop proposals, not exceeding 2000 characters, should be written in English and uploaded to the ISSET registration system by July 10, 2023. The authors will be notified whether their proposals have been accepted, by July 20, 2023.
The authors whose proposals are accepted will have an option of publishing their papers either in the Symposium proceedings or as a research article in the International Journal of Electronics and Telecommunications. All manuscripts must be written in English. Both manuscripts submitted for publication in ISSET proceedings and those submitted to IJET will be peer-reviewed by experts from relevant fields. The deadline for manuscript submission is September 4 September 18, 2023.
The manuscripts submitted for publication in the ISSET proceedings must be uploaded to the ISSET 2023 website as MS Word documents formatted according to the ISSET proceedings template. The maximum manuscript length is 12 pages.
The manuscripts intended for publication in the International Journal of Electronics and Telecommunications should include 6-8 pages and must be prepared in accordance with the journal’s submission guidelines given in the IJET template. The authors of manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Electronics and Telecommunications will be charged an additional publication fee of 100 PLN per page after acceptance of their manuscript by the journal’s editorial board.
Presentations
Presentations will be held in English: 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion and change over.
For authors, a desktop computer with MS Windows connected to the room’s audio-video system is available. The author’s own computer can be connected to the room’s audio-video system with technical staff permission only.
Authors should contact with room’s technical staff 15 minutes before the session in order to load their presentation to the computer.
